Our Process
From the moment you reach out to the resolution of your case — here is exactly what happens, and why.
Before anything else, our booking page asks what kind of support you're looking for — not to categorize you, but to route you to someone who actually understands your specific situation. You'll also tell us your preferred language, whether you'd like an in-person or virtual session, and how urgent your situation feels. If your need doesn't fit neatly into a category, that's alright too — reach us directly, or let us know and our team will personally follow up.
Based on what you've shared, we recommend counselors whose actual expertise and availability fit your need — not just a broad category, but the real combination of language, location, and specialty. If you're genuinely unsure who to choose, you can see everyone on our team, or simply let us assign the right person for you.
When you share your contact details, only your email is used by our administrative team to track your case. Your name, phone number, and the details of your situation are seen only by the counselor you've chosen. This is not a policy we mention in passing — it's built directly into how our system works.
Once you confirm your booking, you'll receive a unique ticket number by email — this is how you and our team can always find your case again. Behind the scenes, your assigned counselor and our staff are notified immediately. If you marked your situation as urgent, that flag travels with your case so it's never lost in a queue.
Your counselor will reach out to arrange your first session, in the format you chose. The fee for sessions is discussed directly and transparently with your counselor — never processed automatically online — because every situation is different, and so is what feels right to offer.
As your sessions continue, your counselor keeps a private record of your progress, only visible to them and to you. At any time, you can check on your case using your ticket number on our Track My Case page — no login required, no waiting on hold.
For some, resolution is a single legal consultation, answered clearly and completely. For others, it's an ongoing relationship of support that continues as long as it's needed. We don't rush either kind. A case is marked resolved when you and your counselor agree it is — not before.
